Embedding a new agile working culture
We worked on an EMEA wide office relocation with our client FTI - helping colleagues in London, Brussels, Dubai and Dublin (with more to come) move from a traditional, corporate 9-5 working model to a new agile way of working. Collaborating with real estate colleagues around the globe, we created 'how to' toolkits to encourage behaviour change and support colleagues to embrace their new way of working.

A global listening project to aid transformation
When JM asked us to support their global Clean Air conversation project, we jumped at the chance. Facilitating over 3,000 colleague conversations across 10 countries, our Air Time programme helped colleagues understand and have their say in the business transformation. To top it all, we won a Gold award Gold Award for ‘Best Communication of Change or Business Transformation‘ at the 2021 Internal Communications and Engagement Awards.
The Body Shop
Creating a compelling narrative to engage with business change
The Body Shop approached us to help deliver a global, transformational business change enabled by technology. An otherwise dull systems change was elevated to an exciting launch which was relevant to all. We firmly linked the change to The Body Shop's transformational journey, engaging senior leaders to be the 'face' of the project and bringing the outcomes of the change to life for colleagues, every step of the way.

De-listing and moving to private equity ownership
When St. Modwen engaged us to support them as they embarked on de-listing and transitioning to be a private equity owned business, we helped colleagues engage with and understand the new business strategy by sharing a clear vision and roadmap for the future.

Building a community culture
Clients often approach Alphabet Communications with a general idea of what they need, and this project was no different. We were able to jump right in with our expertise and helped the in house team to build a phased internal communications plan to connect employees around the organisation.
Bristol Energy
Developing new vision and values
We worked closely with the entire Bristol Energy team to develop and launch a refreshed set of vision and values. Colleagues across all teams had their say on the new values and worked together with us to embed them into the organisation.
